the first time I laid eyes on the edge fieldscope I went ahead and put my eye up to the glass first thing that jumped off at me was depth of field I've been a birder it's very important when I'm looking at seabirds and looking at hawks in the sky or the ocean of vast uniformed landscape it's very important to be able to see depth wise it allows you to not have to focus so much and you just throw your scope up and you can find your place in those uniform landscapes automatically just when I was you thinking you know you couldn't get much better in optics they come out with something like this they really had done themselves it's this is this is a pushing the envelope on what you could possibly achieve with a sharp image the light gathering capacity the close focus on this scope is incredible the Edgefield scope you're going to get the most light coming out of it out of any scope out ther
