hey what's going on guys mark here when we install a custom car audio system into a vehicle we will of course need to make a power wire connection to the positive terminal of a battery now in the past this wasn't such a big deal you would simply cut off the OEM battery terminal you would add that wire into your new aftermarket one attach your wires and you'd be good to go but the problem that we're seeing in newer vehicles is things like a fusible link or other om electrical devices that are attached directly to the battery terminal when those things are on the stock battery terminal we can no longer simply cut them away and replace them with an aftermarket one even if you have a vehicle that those devices aren't in the way maybe it's a lease maybe you want to uphold the original integrity of the vehicle and you don't want it to go around cutting any wire harnesses so if you can't or do
