Description

The factory front track bar mount on the axle of XJs, ZJs, and TJs is constructed of thin stamped steel material, and it's not at all uncommon to see them rip right off of the axlehousing due to the extreme stresses the mount typically sees on and off the road. It doesn't help that the mount itself is relatively low on the axle, where it can get snagged by trail obstacles. Plus, most lift kits that do not include adjustable track bars recommend re-drilling this mount to help center the axle, and the new location leaves very little material left to keep the track bar secure.

Rusty's heavy-duty front track bar mount is the perfect solution for replacing a torn factory mount or simply beefing up a mount that is bound to fail sooner or later. Constructed of ¼-inch thick laser-cut steel that is then CNC formed for a precision fit, this mount is a direct replacement for the original while offering double the strength.

Welding and light fabrication skills are required for installation. All welding should be performed by a qualified professional. Sold individually and shipped raw.
