hi I'm Matthew Muscovy axe senior associate editor at cnet.com and this is the Samsung BDP 2550 it has more streaming media options than we've seen on any other standalone blu-ray player so far as you can see from the design it is strikingly minimalist it has a glossy black faceplate and there's really not that much else on there the including remote will be familiar to Samsung fans we would like to see the company update a little bit as some of the buttons are confusing there's a disc menu button the top menu button the pop-up menu button as we mentioned before there are some additional media playback options on this blu-ray player there are both Netflix and Pandora Netflix subscribers will be able to watch anything available on the watch now service and Pandora is free to anyone who signs up for an account and it offers free streaming internet radio now this is a profile 2.0 player wh
