hey what is going on guys so you have a Samsung Smart TV gonna show you how to do a software update I'm also gonna show you how to if it's grayed out the software update I'll show you how to undo that as well okay so the first thing is go to your remote you want to look for menu depending on what your Samsung Smart TV you have it the remote it may look a little bit different mine says menu right here okay so just quit in topple and menu once you tap on menu you'll get this screen here now what you want to do is you want to go down to support so go all the way down to support and then go ahead and press on enter right there and now we want to go down to where it says software update okay another thing too is you have to make sure that you or your Smart TV it is connected to the your Wi-Fi internet connection doesn't matter if it's wireless or wired anyways go down to software update clic
