hello and welcome to the world boat Channel I've done a few fpv camera tests recently and I've had some questions about TV l TV lines it's usually included in an analogue fpv camera spec but what's it got to do with pixels or resolution in this video I'll explain what it's all about when we look at the spec for an fpv camera it'll usually include something about TV l or TV lines see this is marked with a Thurston TV l it also tells you how large and how many megapixels the sensor is and lots of other info and I think most of us know about sensor resolution and how many megapixels our sensor is but how does that relate to TV lines the larger the TV l number the better but what does it all mean in one of my many previous lives I worked in broadcast media and TV l was the all-important figure for analog cameras and that's because it's a measure of the overall quality of the camera not just
