hi I'm Rodney McAdams general manager of operations here at imaging spectrum today we're going to cover some professional solutions for your event workflow let's get started we're going to take a look at the haitai 510s printer we're going to load the ribbon and paper and I'm going to show you that process on the front of the printer there's a tab so if you'll pull that straight down it opens the door here's the inside of the printer this is your eject button for your paper cassette let's pull that out a little knot little latch here you're going to press down open it up if you know it's code if you notice it's color-coded you got green and you got grey so we're going to make sure that our paper feeds underneath and we're going to match up these spindles these spindles fit on the end of the paper core and then you color coat you match them up with the color so pretty easy have a little
