great lakes prepping here i've been making homemade pasta for many years but i've never had a proper rack on which to dry my noodles i've always used a piece of string tied between a couple cupboard door handles or some other makeshift thing i decided it's time i start using something a bit more convenient to dry my homemade pasta so i started examining different types of pasta drying racks out there there's all sorts of different styles and i decided i liked this type of pasta drying rack the best out of all the racks i saw of this style i liked this one that was featured on a youtube channel called deturo productions i liked how it could be broken down for easier storage there were a few like this that could be disassembled into several small pieces for storing but i didn't like the idea of having all these pieces tumbling around in a cupboard or getting lost and i don't want to have
