hi this is David qua tella branding and marketing manager with Siemens and I'm here today with Ashley Rutledge who is our residential product manager how are you today I'm great how are you doing very well we're gonna spend the next few minutes talking about search protection and a brand new product that's coming on the market called first surge can you tell us a little bit about why search protection is so important of course so think about your average home today it's becoming much much smarter and we have pro-grade appliances I mean I can take this phone and turn on my laundry or change the temperature in my house and all of these appliances are very sensitive to electrical disturbances like surge but in my house I have my TV my computer even my gaming console plugged into a just a search strip you're telling me that's not enough well think about everything that you don't have plugge
