click on the start menu select intelligent analytics select face and then click on database if you haven't created a group yet at the bottom you'll select ad group once you've created your group you click expand select add and then select face there are two ways to import your user database the first way is through snapshot gallery these are all the images that your face detection and recognition cameras have taken the other way is through a user database that you import into the recorder click on external faces select the file from your thumb drive select all and click full entry as you can see the users are being imported into the database once that is complete hit exit click expand and as you can see all your users have been imported into the user database and that's how quick and easy it is to import the user database into the nr series recorders
