OVERVIEW: This cooling unit is designed to sit on top of your receiver or other hot component. It has a high-quality, low-noise 120mm fan, with long-lasting and quiet Fluid Dynamic bearings.

It has a special raised air-chamber base, which covers over 50 square inches of your component's top vents. Hot air is removed from your component over the full area of this large raised base, causing cool air to be pulled up from the bottom vents.

Also includes a 12 volt trigger control module, which turns the fan on and off, under the control of your receiver's 12v trigger socket. The module detects the 12v signal, then sends the power from the 5-speed multi-voltage transformer to the fan.

THE COOLING SYSTEM INCLUDES: 1 x 120mm Superbase fan unit, 1 x 12v trigger control module, 1 x multi-speed power transformer, and printed installation instructions. All cooling system parts connect together using special heavy-duty Molex quick-connect plugs, which allows the parts to be separated for easy wire-routing. The fan can be up to 6' from the 12v socket.

SETUP: The system comes completely assembled, with all components installed and ready to go! Just plug the power transformer into an AC outlet, insert the 12 volt trigger plug into your receiver's 12v socket, and drop the fan on top of your receiver's top air vents.

hi it's chasin again here this is another little video it's an adaptation of a car fan which I bought on eBay which works fantastically well it was about 12 pounds or so but I was pretty horrified when I turned it on with the on/off switch toggle switch which comes with it to find that it was like a hurricane force wind blowing and that's fine when you're driving along but when your Sat you probably don't want it on at that sort of volume of movement of air so I looked around on eBay for some sort of regulator with a control on it rotary control this is what I found for about six pounds and I wired it up just to test it with a 12 volt battery here just a little one and it's quite straightforward it's in on the two lower pins and out on the two other pins not many instructions with this device as you might imagine but it works very nicely and I will just give you a quick demo you can tur
