hey guys bosu masters trainer caitlin here and today i have got a quick hydro ball hit workout for you all you need is your bosu hb 25 and don't fill it up too heavy right i've got maybe 10 pounds of water in here all right let's go all right guys we got 30 seconds work 20 seconds rest our first exercise is a side step with a toss-up so you know step one lay out to the side opposite that you're going to throw the hydro ball up there all right let that water smash around we go in three two here we go step i'm letting that water smash up top you might feel those shoulders start to burn you can always pick up the pace 15. do whatever version works best for you almost done guys three rest all right next exercise i'm going to hold the hp 25 in my right hand i'm going to reach through the legs hinge at the hips let it swing up left hand is going to push it right back down and we repeat here w
