The set includes the Swissmar Borner V-7000 Mandoline, the Swissmar Borner Oval Slicing Bowl, and the Swissmar Borner 6-in-1 Peeler. The Swissmar Borner V-7000 Mandoline includes three interchangeable inserts. Use the julienne inserts to cut strips and dices in 3.5mm and 7mm widths. Use the plane insert to make flat slices of fruits, vegetables, or meats in four thicknesses. The BPA-free ABS plastic frame is sturdy and durable, and the nonslip feet keep the mandoline in place while cutting. Use the safety hand guard to keep your fingers away from the blade, and the safety setting covers the blade when not in use. Store inserts in the convenient protective storage box that attaches to the mandoline. The Swissmar Borner Oval Slicing Bowl works with the mandoline to slice and dice directly into the bowl. Place the mandoline in the slots at either end of the bowl to securely hold it in place as you work. The Swissmar Borner 6-in-1 Peeler features a serrated blade and integrated grater. Use it to peel, seed, and core fruits and vegetables, create garnishes, and grate cheese, garlic, and ginger. Peel in either direction, using your right or your left hand.
