Bands are adjustable,there are a number of holes, we design two size to meet the needs of different wrist sizes. Small size (5.5-6.7in), Large size(6.7-8.1in).

Description
This band is amazing. It is super light weight and it feels very good on our wrist. We've never really found any of our original bands to be comfortable. And we even couldn't sleep with one on, sometimes the original band irritated our wrists. Until now. This band is so soft and flexible, more comfortable to sleep in and does not irritate when damp like original band would. we even forget it's on our arm. It's really good quality and feel very smooth when it touches our skin. Furthermore, water/sweat dries much quicker and doesn't accumulate under the band.

Wear and Care
Regularly clean your band and wrist - especially after working out or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol.
Don't use hand soap, body soap, dish soap, hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes or household cleaners which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate skin.
To remove build-up of lotions and oils that can be trapped beneath the band, we recommend that you use a soap-free cleanser, rinse thoroughly, and dry well.
For tough spots, stains or buildup on your band, scrub with a wet soft-bristled toothbrush.
