right so sometimes distribution networks could could request that the audio file is a 16-bit sample size and sample rate should be 44.1 kilohertz so a simple way of doing this would be to use our itunes um so first we hit the itunes preferences under the apple systems preferences and um we go to the import settings um to configure the settings there so basically um in your import the imports you're using should be a wav file if it's not away file already if that's what you're trying to convert to and change the settings to custom the sample rate here should be 44.1 kilohertz and the sample size should be 16b lift the channels as auto click ok and that should be um fine so pretty much you've got your settings configured and what we need to do now is to um is to convert our file so we're clicking ok we're shutting down click we're not shutting down basically but you know clicking ok and w
