It also has other metals added to it like chromium and nickel that help to prevent oxidizing and rusting. the perimeter of this grill is made up of a single piece of Stainless steel that is bent in the correct shape with its beginning and end landing near the center of the side of the grill so it doesn't take any weight from the leg pieces
That means this grill can take the weight that some grills that are bigger and heavier than it cannot. It has no cuts or seams in its corners greatly reducing the risk of any kind of break near the corners or where legs attach to the grill.
No flakes on your food
Made of 304 stainless steel for the grill and 201 stainless steel for the foldable legs. There is no need for special heat coating or chrome plating that might leave flakes or pieces to get in your food.
This means you can cook confidently knowing if you want your food in a pan, pot or, straight on the grill, it's your choice. After using it simply clean it like you would any other grill.
