Back in 2017 I was doing a podcast with a friend and one of them was about camera equipment. We're talking about
Arca-Swiss quick release plates. They're pretty useful, and I want to correct some
of the stuff that I said back then. I don't know too much about the Arca-Swiss
company, but they started in the early 1980s, and they have a bunch of film
cameras on there. They have a ton of mounting system gear and all that.
Generally really high-end equipment. Very expensive, and that's one of the things I
did mention in the podcast. We can do a little clip of that, check it out... I've never used them, but I see the prices of them and we're talking
hundreds of dollars for a metal mount. Why does he think that's important?
