Memorex MVCB1000 ATSC Digital to Analog Converter Box with Analog Pass Through

hi today we've got a digital stream digital TV converter box it's for using an older TV older analog TV with digital signals and it's been working for a long time it's and it stopped working so I'm just going to show you how to replace a couple of blown caps on the power supply so there's two screws on here there's one here there's one here we're going to pull those out quick then to get inside our box you're just gonna take a little screwdriver give it a little press there with our box so on this power supply we're supposed to have five bolts and 2.3 bolts and I think if we look we look here about 2.3 volts you know about 7 points 8 volts clearly the power supply is not working right and I think if we look we'll see that the problem is right in the power supply here we've got a blown cap here and a blown cap here this one's pretty obvious this one's a little bit harder to see so what I
