hi it's Cindy from crucial vacuum comm and today we're changing our crucial vacuum branded cartridge filter for a shop vac five six eight gallon vacuum alright so before we get started always remember to unplug your unit thank you for my hat alright to get started you just pull down the latches and you lift off the top half and you see right where the filter is located alright you move the other side so there's something okay so you turn the top cap off you just pull off filter cartridge that was already there and you can replace it with the new one that you got from crucial vacuum comm so you can see that there is a slight difference between the filter this one already has a silver bottom this one requires a cap since it already has a silver bottom you don't need that cap anymore so you can just take it silver part facing up and just push it in it will need some elbow grease to push it
