hey guys in today's show we're going to show you how to wire up your new power harness for your Ken with multimedia head units so stay tuned so depending on what type of Ken with multimedia radio you have there's two different plugs that are available so if you have the unit that has the pigtail light green wire on the back or the newer AppRadio style that do Android auto and carplay the light green wire is going to be in the harness so we're going to do is we're going to show you the difference between the two and the similarities and how you're going to need to hook them up so let's take this one first so the first thing you're going to do is get yourself a ring terminal like this you're going to cut off this connector here strip it back put the ring terminal on go ahead and crimp it on and then go ahead and remove one of these screws here screw it back in and now you bypass the radio
