Ultrafine Techmount Dry Mount Tissue 11" x 14" / 100 Sheets

I'm Jim DeSario, Professor of Photographic Imaging  at Suffolk County Community College, Brentwood, New York. Today I'm gonna demonstrate dry mounting and I'm gonna do kind of a quick and dirty demo, it's not everything you always wanted to know about dry mounting. This is equipment dependent and we need a couple of basic pieces of equipment. They're really five that I'm going to use and I'm going to demo. Two of them are absolutely necessary, the other couple you can kind of improvise. The basic piece of equipment is the dry mount press and the second basic thing and you really do need it is a tacking iron. And these are sources of heat and the process is a heat and time process and that's typical of a lot of photographic processes. So let me get right to it and we're going to see what we can do.
