Hey hi welcome to cowboy studio today we're going to be discussing our M F 1 and M F to flash stands now the difference being M F 1 it's actually gonna have three standard hotshoe mounts they can go with pretty much any standard hot shoes such as Sony I mean such as Canon and Nikon or MF 2 is a different model that actually works with Sony and Minolta so it has an inverted hot shoe here here and here now to attach your flash or any other item that does have a hot shoe such as one of our VL 160 lights you actually just take your hot shoe mount and slide it right into one of the mounds and your flash will stand and you do also have the two other optional mounts which you're going to be on the side here so you can up mount them from this side if you're not able to put it straight now if you have any questions about this item or any of our other ones please feel free to go to our cowboy stu
