Each level has two screw holes for permanent mounting (Don't over-tighten screws).Some users prefer to use double-sided tape on the back but don't overlap as it will throw level off. We don't recommend the style that comes with a magnet on the back as it tends to make this "un-level".

Each level consists of 2 marked vials with liquid mounted to a plastic triangular backing.

A small level is so convenient to keep in your tool bag or on the go bag also as it takes up so little space and weighs so little. The holes are provided for screwing to a surface permanently, but some users use the holes to turn these into a string line level.
