Balmar ARS Multi-Stage Regulator w/Harness - 12V

okay run the shop today with a Bulma our MC 6:14 voltage regulator and we are going to go through in this video programming that regulator for basic battery type before we do that I'd like to go over a couple of tips and tricks that may help and one of those tricks is as you can see here we have the voltage regulator setup at home or in your shop and we've simply plugged it in to a 12 volt battery with the voltage above 12 point 5 volts the battery voltage needs to be above 12 point 5 volts for the regulator to save any programming changes a flooded lead-acid battery like this little gel battery I believe this one's sitting at about thirteen point one volts it's fully charged the reason for programming it like this is because it makes it a heck of a lot easier when you do this on the boat you're often space constrained upside down and these magnets for programming can get a little bit t
