Attention before using :

Steps:
1. Please make sure you apply the nipple cover on clean skin.Take the back white paper off slowly and tenderly.
2. Cover the nipple with circle protective film, which is a circle in the middle of the pasty, then cover the skin around the nipple with satin, Massage breast, let the pasty to be flatly. The same procedures are needed for the other side.
3. A tips of the pasties: moist your pasties with heated towel for a few minutes, then slowly and tenderly peel off them.
