We had created TDA7297 IC Board before Today we will assemble this into cabinet So, lets start We got this pcb made from pcbway.com How we got that, we will see later on First we will fit this we got these three pcbs One pcb for potentiometer, one for RCA socket and another one for switch This is 12 pin switch, we will mount and solder this we need Three pics of 3pin connector base of 2.54 mm we had already created 4440 IC Amplifire board The basic difference among both is, here we are using connector for wiring this is 2 pin connector base, it is used to on/off the mp3 card Like if RCA socket is on, so the mp3 card stays off we will mount 2 Pcs. 47 K Resistance This is 4way RCA socket mount this aswell we use RCA socket becaause, if we want to connect the amplifire from any other system so that it will be connected just through the switch Like if we want to amplify the sound of TV, so
