Note:

The size of the chuck should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope. The inner clearance of the U-ring is 1 to 3 mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. The clearance is too large to clamp the rope.
When using, tighten the nut until the wire is crushed by about 1/3. Since the wire rope is deformed after being stressed, the rope is clamped a second time after the wire rope is stressed, so as to ensure the joint is secure.
The arrangement spacing between the rope cards is generally about 6-8 times the diameter of the wire rope. The rope cards should be arranged in a straight line. The U-shaped ring part should be stuck on one side of the rope head, and the pressure plate should be placed on one side of the main rope.
