hello everyone this is austin with the sun fun kits um just wanted to give you guys another our update process uh we have one of our first returns which is never good but that's uh good to see what's what's going on uh this was actually a kit where the customer built the battery and they kept saying they have problems with the with the bms and they were getting readings of negative 30 and uh negative 24 which is not doesn't make any sense because it's summer here and or yeah the tailing at a summer here in the usa so there should no be no way should be any negatives so um let's open up the battery and see what's going on again please don't do what i'm doing um you should never use power tools to take these off i just have this at a very low setting it's a clutch so since i'm recording and doing this i'm using a power tool but you should always use hand tools to take the top cover off th
