[Music] welcome to one-step tensing's training videos in this episode you'll learn how to install your one-step since everything that you need to install your 50 foot dents is included in the kit there are eight metal posts 50 feet of plastic green netting and a package of plastic ties at the end of each post is a red plastic protective cap hold on to these for later you'll want to predetermine how far apart to space your posts we recommend anywhere from three to six feet depending on your space to install the post step on the h-shaped anchor at the bottom of each post your body weight will push it into the ground [Music] gather the red protective caps that you took off of the end of each post we'll use these to help secure the netting to the fence it's a good idea to put them in your pockets hang the netting in the Y at the top of each post this will help hold it in place as you instal
