hi my name is John Swain today we've taken apart at HP 8200 the first step is to just simply lift this tab and that's op cover should come right off next you'll want to take the power supply and simply lift it up like most desktops it has three green tabs in the front to remove the faceplate simply lift the tabs let's remove the faceplate here's your optical disc drive you can just simply lift it up and should come right up here is your hard drive you'll want to unplug the SATA cable which is this black cable here and then the power your next step is to push the screen tab down here push forward and it should lift the right out once you've removed the hard drive you'll need to remove the screws in the hard drive once you remove the hard drive you want to insert your new hard drive take your screws screw them into the four corners of the new hard drive the hard drive will simply drop dow
