calibrating the x-rite 408 simply push the two calibration buttons simultaneously asks if you want to calibrate the standard t either yes or no ask if you want to do quick cal yes or no i'm going to hit no set our low values the low for v or visual black would be 0.06 the low for cyan 0.05 so i hit the color key now i'm at cyan 0.05 it's the same hit the color key magenta 0.05 i hold the zero key hit the down arrow hit color now i'm at yellow that should be .03 i can hold the zero key down until i hit .03 hit the color button now i set my high values in this case my high for black should be 1.54 hold the zero key scroll down until i hit 154 color now i set my cyan should be 116. hold the color key here's excuse me zero go down to 116. hit the color key magenta should be at 126. hold down the zero scroll down to 126. hit the color button yellow should be a 107. hold down the zero go down
