there's a lot of women and leadership here I think a lot more than men and so that's a pretty cool thing people usually assume that it's dominated by men here and it's actually not it's dominated by pretty strong alpha badass women I love that we are like one giant family here we're all in it together and they have my back and I have their back there's never a day where I'm like I just go to work today I always love coming to work which is really hard tonight so that's great there's a lot that I do here it's very hard to explain but so in in the spirit of keeping customers 100% satisfied that entails all of our systems internally downstairs to make sure that orders get out on time so there's a lot of warehouse management systems that I have to do well not just me we all work together as a team and get it done but just making sure that everything's needed for every order to get produced
