all right welcome back to Shane's main shop today we're gonna show you how to update the map data in your navigation system and in this particular case it's a 2011 toyota highlander limited edition so the first thing you want to do is start your vehicle which I already have it running and then go to your navigation system and you want to eject your old map so you can insert your new map so to do that you want to put click on your info slash phone selector you have three icons that come up and the middle one says map data you want to select that and then it's going to tell you to contact your dealer for update availabilities well I purchased an update hopefully we can load that in and it was like 20 bucks on Amazon I'll put a link to it make sure you get the one that's correct for your car though if you are going to order one so I'm gonna eject that DVD you can see the DVD thing opens an
