today we have a GMC Yukon stereo in the shop this is a very common Delco GM Delphi radio that we've seen out of many uh Chevy and GMC vehicles this one happens to have the single CD player along with the cassette player there are many that do not have the cassette player but we have this one in shop today for the CD not working we've seen several problems with a CD player the CD player clicks when attempting to accept the CD or clicks when trying to eject it will not eject buttons worn and backlighting on the face not working as well but this one is in because the complaint was the CD was not working and we have noticed on this one if we move the radio around we can hear something loose internal to the CD mechanism or to the stereo we're going to take our flat head screwdriver and there little slots on the back of the stereo we're going to place our flat head in here and twist it to lif
