okay so today we're got a little bit of a special treat we are inside a 2012 Buick LaCrosse this is the base model that's got the standard little three-and-a-half inch display up on top you'll see when we fire it up just the basic no ambient readout we are actually going to convert this to the seven inch touch screen with navigation built-in factory navigation built in so we will go ahead and get started on disassembling this thing and show you how it's done alright so what we're going to start by doing is um getting this gearshift removed here so we can access some screws to remove the panel up on top there and to do that just a stop soft nylon pry tool guys just going to pop up and around and the gearshift knob you take and kind of just gently snugly pull up we'll just pop up just like that that's going to allow that to um just get on up out of the way just like so and then remove con
