hi roadside guy we're gonna shoot a quick video show you how to jumpstart your 2014 you said 2014 Ford c-max hybrid so under the hood customer I left the lights on you can see the lights are still on there so that's why it drained but uh when you disconnect the power the lights will be lost that lets you know what was left on down here you have your negative terminal which is kind of just a metal rod that comes from the frame rail up sometimes you have to push that orange cable out of your way and then your positive is gonna be your red plus sign with the plastic cap you just kind of squeeze that and pull that off and then you'll hook your red to red and your black to black if you have jumper cables or a jump box it's all the same if you can using the GB 70 box and will press to give it all the power and a whirl button and then we'll have the customer try it okay it should be ready all
