okay we're working on our 2012 chevrolet cruze here and the problem is that there's a little micro switch right here under the bowtie logo it's supposed to open the trunk especially if the doors are unlocked and you got the fob in your possession and it's a common problem for it to go out and if I use the fob to open the trunk it works fine so the problem is this switch right here we're gonna take that out and then while we're in here I can see there's a another problem at least you know besides the fact this bulb is burned out looks like the head of the screw holding this lens in is rusted and come off so it's why I'm being held by one screw right now so we'll just replace this whole piece this part of what we're doing it's not a hard repair just jump right into it here let me see first thing gonna have to do is we're gonna remove this handle that you use to pull the trunk down believe
