hey everyone it has been a while hasn't it i think the last time i posted my last video was probably three weeks ago a lot of things have been going on since that time so number one i had to get re-certified in order to maintain my job as a professional personal trainer and uh if you guys know anything about working as a trainer you have to be you have to get recertified every two years and there's two ways to go about it you can just take continuing education classes which is my route but what i should have been doing is taking those continuing education classes you know like a class here and there within those two years i did not do that i ended up doing them like within like one and a half weeks so i can get all my credits so get all my continuing education credits so that i can get re-certified because if you don't the other route is um you could just take the course all over again
