Third Reality’s Smart Night-Light is a great compliment to Echo Flex in any room. Designed with the same lines, color and material as Echo Flex, the Night-Light looks like a natural extension to Echo Flex. A built-in light sensor will automatically turn the Night-Light on when it’s dark and off when it’s light. But unlike other night lights, Third Reality’s Smart Night-Light features 6 RGB LEDs that can be controlled using voice or the Alexa app. Setup is simple. Once Echo Flex has been configured, just insert the Third Reality Smart Night-Light into Echo Flex’s USB port. Alexa will automatically tell you that “One new light called First Light has been discovered”. That’s it. By default, Auto Mode is ON (light turns on at night, off during the day). If you “manually” turn the Night Light on or off (using Voice commands or the Alexa app), then Auto Mode will be temporarily disabled. This is to prevent Auto mode from turning the Night-Light back on right after you just turned it off! It will remain disabled for 12 hours. If you want to re-enable Auto mode sooner, it’s easy. Just unplug the Night-Light and plug it back in.
