in the front you can either pull out the cord or just push the button off in the back this is a 4G card you can either use a screwdriver if it's too hard to undo it you're going to take out the SIM card or you're going to take out the card flip it over then over here you're going to push down and then flip it up the SIM card will go installed this way facing up the metal part will go facing down you'll close it and then slide it up to lock it into place that's it put it back in plug the router back in and power it up and you're done
