NORTEL BCM GATM 8 MODULE

hello it's Steve the Nortel guy in this video I want to talk about accessing your Nortel BCM phone system with a computer if you do not currently have access to your Nortel BCM phone system via a computer then this video will show you how to do that this video is going to contain some language that is network oriented so if you're not network savvy I highly recommend that you get your network administrator involved have them watch this video with you it is also possible that your VCM is already connected to your network which means it would be available to access across the across the land and using a desktop computer if you're not sure this video would show you a little bit about how you might determine if that's true okay if let's assume for this video that you have a VCM phone system and it is not currently connected to your network nor have you accessed it before with a computer a B
