Action Bottom Bracket Cup Set French 35X1MM 2xRIGHT W/Retainer

this is my scotttown xc daily driver and while riding it i noticed it had play in the bottom bracket you can see that because the crank arm moves when i exert some force on it so in this video i'm going to explain not only how to remove the play but do a complete overhaul of this old style bottom bracket it's an uh adjustable cop and cone bottom bracket normally bottom brackets can be very hard to remove uh but this was not the first time i uh i'd done this for this bike so it was well greased there wasn't any rust at least not to the point where the cups were seized so i was able to remove the the bottom bracket pretty easily now at first i was only uh going to remove the play but it just didn't feel right um while turning the spindle i never went smooth so i feared that water had seeped into the bottom bracket and there had been some corrosion and i was right i checked the bearing rac
