the modem is pretty much plug and play the tricky part is getting it registered with your isp where i found it simpler to do on your web portal rather than calling their customer service for assistance beyond that the modems performance has been very good no drops in connectivity thus far however that's within a time frame of 45 days the device replaced my rental box it works so far i have had it connected for over two weeks it was scary to spend this much during these times of coronavirus but hoping it outlasts the amount i paid for renting one from cable company it should be cheaper due to these uncertain times glad i gave this seller a chance since another seller sold me a dud thanks [Music] so far so good once i updated the modem i had to this on the back end everything worked perfectly this was a replacement slash upgrade and i am now getting the speed that i'm paying for from my i
