hello Paulo since mania tonight we talk about reel-to-reel tape and tape recorder all right this is the reel-to-reel recorder that I own I've had this for several years and to be honest I really don't use it that much and I intend to start using it more often especially to record drums this is a Teac tascam 80 - 8 it's got 8 channels and also a dbx noise reduction module on the bottom and I also never use the noise reduction on the bottom and a remote control but tonight I wanted to talk about the pancake okay so I have a few boxes full of tape and but one that I kind of forgot it I had it's called a pancake let me show you and it's brand-new alright this is a brand new so called pancake tape pancake because it looks like a pancake and it's um it's got only basically this little plastic mount and the tape itself it's missing that the reel and this is a brand new unit never been open bef
