AT&T NVG 510 Modem for AT&T U-Verse DSL

all right I want to talk about a symptom with a lot of AT&T u-verse Internet users are having since in this household we got AT&T u-verse which isn't that great oh it's pretty sluggish sometimes but uh sometimes if you try to get on the internet or vichara a certain page sometimes you don't know what's going on you usually get this page pop right up the good old IP Diagnostics page of course but as you see right here it says that it's currently down but uh the most interesting thing about the internet when it goes out the house phone goes out because it away how AT&T programmed the land line with their DSL service they claim its fiber-optic but it's not really fiber-optic but I'm going to show you why when I go into the other room what the modem is connected at all right this is our internet modem that we usually get our internet from and this thing doesn't have really good ventilation
