C4 Corvette 1990-1996 Single Din Radio Mount

today we will be removing the stereo from a 1991 Chevrolet Corvette actually the stereo is located under the dash on this model and what you have here in the dash is called the control unit we're going to start with removing the control unit because usually the CD doesn't work or their and/or their cassette and back lighting problems as well here we go we're going to open up the drink pocket and sometimes as an insert here or a cover that covers this when we remove one screw from this cavity here we're going to open the center console and at the front of the center console there are two screws right one to the left usually under the edge of the carpet coin holder and one on the right we're going to remove both these screws this will allow you to move the gear shift back after setting the parking brake and pull this panel back away from the front - this is going to give us access to a co
