we're going to show you on a DSX 40 where to connect your cables for programming you've got you can either connect Ethernet which is a straight-through type regular data data cord for Ethernet and that plugs in right up here on the top of the left hand side top left-hand side of the of the cabinet underneath the the cover okay so that's for the ethernet and for the USB it takes say a USB which is an a/b one side looks like a D here and the other side is your standard USB that you're probably used to seeing and the D side just goes right in there on the top left hand side of the ESX 40 cabinet so that's where you make your connections so that you can program using the NEC DSX system administrator on a DSX 40 that's it
