today i'm going to replace the battery in my garmin dash cam this is a garmin 45 the battery has clearly gone bad and you can you can see what happens by applying power it will come up there and then disappear and that is that's all that happens that uh at least in this case indicates uh a dead dead battery so i'll take out the card and i bought a battery replacement battery off ebay i'll put the uh the link to the seller below not too many people sell these they're little batteries it has the connector already on it which makes it a whole lot easier i mean that would be impossible to put on by yourself they also supply a kit a little tools they're sort of cheap but we'll see if the screwdriver will do the trick okay not that one see if this one there's two screws in the bottom these tiny little uh torx screws okay that one that one is coming loose i'll have a little tray for parts here
