hi everyone welcome to my channel this is my Dell Optiplex 745 and to my surprise today it does not post when I turn it on I noticed a couple of error codes here 3 & 4 so I went online real quick and it might be a memory problem although some of the videos mention a beeping sound and I don't get that it just does not post get nothing on the monitor so it was a surprise since I was using it yesterday no problems and shut it down properly so let's go take a look see if I can fix this maybe I just need to reseat I met my memory but we'll find out hopefully it's nothing more critical than that it will see here when I turn it on oh that's new Wow doing something completely different surging there that was a completely new problem or a new symptom so you can see here I wonder if this power supply problem three and four and there's nothing on the monitor first thing I want to do is of course t
