talk about wiring a 4219 zone expander to your VISTA system. Now, what a 4219 is, is
that it's a zone expander, just like the name says. What it allows you to do is
connect more hardwired zones onto your VISTA panel. Let's say you have
VISTA-21iP set up, which is actually the
panel that we're going to connect our 42 19 today to. If you do have one
of these at home, you'll likely know that you can
only land eight hardwired zones onto the panel. You can use zone doubling, so
you could theoretically program up to 16 different
zones on the existing terminals on the
system, but if you do want to add more hardwired
zones to your system, and in most
